This is a classic blend of Brazilian and Colombian beans. We've chosen Brazilian beans for their sweetness, apple-like character, and nutty notes, and roasted them to a medium-dark profile. Combine that with the full-bodied, almost dark chocolate-like and caramel notes of Colombian and Guatemala beans. You can taste baked nuts, cocoa, and sweet caramelized flavors when you drink it black. When paired with milk, it's like drinking a creamy, cocoa-based beverage with caramelized milk flavors.
