Introducing our fourth house blend, the 4.0 Blend consists of Brazil Samba and Papua New Guinea Korofeigu. They are specialty grades coffees and is combined perfectly to give you the best tasting coffee possible. The beans are perfectly roasted to medium dark roast level, and is suitable for espresso based coffees, be it milk based or black coffees. After a rigorous number of taste testing and getting feedback from our friends and customers, we can finally say that we have found the perfect ratio for this coffee blend. This blend brings out bold and strong bitter taste, dark cacao mid tones, burnt sugar and smokie finish Our go to recipe for this blend would be : Input / Dose = 20grams Output / Espresso = 30grams Timing = 20-28 seconds Try it out now!
